Meet Kaleb, is the Senior Physiotherapist & Director of First Step Health Collective & brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. As an experienced Physiotherapist, Clinical Exercise Scientist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kaleb has honed his skills through years of dedication and hard work. His passion for helping others reach their full potential has led him to work with elite athletes in the AFL & AFLW, where he has assisted with game day duties for North Melbourne Football Club, Gold Coast Football Club, Sydney Football Club, Brisbane Football Club & Geelong Football Club. Kaleb has completed his APA Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 & Level 2 Dry Needling Courses. Kaleb’s deep understanding of the human body and his ability to tailor treatment plans to individual needs make him an invaluable asset to our practice. With his extensive knowledge in physiotherapy, exercise science, and strength and conditioning, Kaleb is well-equipped to guide our clients towards optimal performance and recovery.

Additionally, Kaleb works with many people with acquired brain injuries providing neurological rehabilitation in the clinic, gym and home settings. He works with people recovering from Strokes, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neuron’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, Epilepsy and many more.

He is extremely passionate about rural health and providing people of the Adelaide Hills and remote South Australia greater access to quality health care. He has received recognition for his ability to impact rural health and the Physiotherapy field:
